Overview
When cleaning assembled printed circuit boards also known as PCBA cleaning, the main goal is to remove resin and flux residues from populated boards and hybrids as well as production related residues created by handling.
The AQ-650 is used with Deionizer water, about 30~60L/min and a pressure of ≤0.4Mpa
the machine perform well on both lead-based (eutectic) and lead-free solders.
Can be used for SMT, through-hole, and mixed technology assemblies. All flux types are removed, including water soluble, resin, and no clean, and all contaminants, component residue created during assembly.
