AR-450C PCB Router

This Router is a double station that can be used for V-cut board and Tabs board, the machine has two z-axes, one is a round cutter installed to cut v-cut slots, the other is a Milling cutter installed to cut tabs board . It can achieve a variety of uses, cutting PCB board more extensive range. AR-450C PCB Separator X/Y axis adopt linear motor driving system and high-quality routing spindle which can ensure <0.05mm routing accuracy , routing speed can reach 50mm/s. and the machine is equipped high resolution CCD which can automatically position fiducial mark and correct coordinate offset .windows operation system and self-developed software makes programming very easy , with 2 work stations design, greatly improve production efficiency. It has an external silent vacuum cleaner that can provide a clean work environment .
