Overview

This HBS-2AM Hot Bar soldering machine with rotating double soldering stations use thermode technology that based on rapid reflow by pulse heating to effectively solder flexible board on the PCB.
The machine can handle PCBs up to 180 x 200mm, 2pcs one on each platform.
You can use the CCD and the displayer for accurate positioning as well for soldering quality inspection.
